"Musicals of the 2010s" @ TGR42

Join us for a night of incredible selections from some of Broadway's greatest shows! "Musicals of the 2010s" brings you some of the best songs from your favorite musicals, as well as some underappreciated gems. Produced by Andrew McNamara, this cabaret seeks to cover some of the best of Broadway over the most recent decade.

- Please submit a 16-32 bar cut (or anything ≤ 2 minutes) of a contemporary musical theatre song.

While ideally this would be something from our setlist (the current draft of which we will be linking below), it can be anything you feel represents you best vocally. If you have existing video of you performing something that is featured on our setlist, please feel free to send it. Additionally, feel free to attach a current vocal reel either alongside or in place of your submission video.

- Submissions will be due by Wednesday, September 16th by 11:59 PM EST.

Because of the relatively tight turnaround, if you require an extension by any means, please feel free to

email us at [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee that all videos sent after the submission deadline will be considered, we will do our best to accommodate as we understand the lives of working actors in NYC can be quite complicated indeed!

- This cabaret will be taking place at The Green Room 42 on Tuesday, October 13th, @ 9:30 PM. There will be a mandatory soundcheck taking place earlier in afternoon. Additionally, there will be between one - two rehearsals occurring within a week and a half of the show date, the specific dates of which are currently TBD. Please make sure that you are able to attend these rehearsals, and if you are cast, we will let you know specific dates ASAP.
