Seeking singing actors for a one-day reading in Manhattan, NY (non-union).
Role Breakdown:
TRACY: Female presenting, age 55. A bartender and struggling business owner with deep roots in the region. Think strong, Aunt Eller-type. F3-Eb5.
GERRY: Male presenting, age 70. An easygoing, hippie-era marijuana farmer and Tracy's most loyal customer. Think retirement-age Claude (Hair). A2-F4.
WALT: Male presenting, age 72. A stubborn, hardened marijuana farmer with a past. Think Old Man Marley from Home Alone–when we see him for who he is, the empathy follows. B2-E4.
Date: August 23, 2026
Time commitment: 5-hour reading including work session and invited presentation.
Compensation: $100 (day rate)
