Step through the doors of The Lost Estate and you are no longer in London but in the gas-lit heart of 1890s Montmartre. Chat Noir recreates an evening at the original Le Chat Noir, the legendary Parisian cabaret that drew the bohemians, poets and performers of the day from 1881. The venue is transformed into a period-accurate world of candlelit bars, roaming performers and live orchestration, and it sits firmly at the theatrical end of London's dining and performance scene.

An evening of cabaret, chanson and fine dining

The night weaves together chanson, cabaret routines, mime and dance, with the performers of Les Enfants Vagabondes moving among guests rather than playing to a fixed stage. Audience interaction is part of the format, and the period design carries across the whole space, including the emerald Bar de Absinthe. Every ticket includes a three-course haute cuisine meal, and the programme runs across several seating configurations to suit different group sizes.
