Synopsis

Two inner-city callboxes serve as the makeshift trading post for Sharky and Showtime, two streetwise drug-dealers who, as part of a tight crime 'family', answer to the absent kingpin, Papa.

When the opportunity to skim on a deal arises, Sharky and Showtime are drawn into a subtle game of wits that will test their status and their loyalties, both to the Family and each other.

A sharp, funny drama, with darkness at its heart.

Office was the winner of the Verity Bargate Award 2001.

Office is a Soho Theatre production which premièred at the Lyceum as part of the Edinburgh International Festival and transferred to the Soho Theatre, London, in 2001.
