Synopsis

In a house east of Cardiff lives Neil.

Tommy comes to stay the night.

Darkie and Stella live in another house with Annie, Darkie's mother.

She's been taking Prozac for 20 years.

In a series of interconnected vignettes, these and other characters build up a picture of Cardiff East.
