Role: Deputy Front of House Manager Contract Term: Permanent, Full time (37 hours a week shifts to include working daytime, evening, weekends and Bank Holidays as required) Responsible to: Front of House Managers Salary: £29,000 per annum Closing date for Applications: Friday 7^th August 2027 Interview date to be confirmed The Deputy Front of House Manager will work effectively as part of the operational management team providing support to the Front of House Managers and being responsible for managing all front of house operations at Malvern Theatres including all front of house staff when on duty. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be committed to delivering the highest level of customer care. They will be required to balance all sales of programmes and merchandise against monies taken, ensure that the Theatre always complies with all Health and Safety regulations and carry out all necessary final checks and secure the building in the evening.
