The Associate General Manager undertakes the day-to-day running of productions, leading on a number of General Management tasks on their own and working with the Senior General Manager and Directors on larger tasks. This role will primarily work on touring drama. We are looking for someone who has a passion for theatre and excellent communication and administrative skills. This role will be supported by a Production Co-ordinator/Production Assistant. Melting Pot is an independent production company producing work for the West End, UK Tour, International Touring and the USA. WFH option on Fridays. Some out of hours and away from office work will be required eg marketing evenings, technical rehearsals, press nights.
