ABBA Voyage represents a historic reunion of one of pop music's most beloved bands through groundbreaking digital innovation. This revolutionary concert experience brings Agnetha, Björn, Benny, and Anni-Frid back to the stage as highly realistic CGI avatars, known as ABBAtars, created using state-of-the-art motion-capture technology by Industrial Light & Magic. Each band member recorded their vocals and movements whilst wearing advanced motion-capture suits, creating authentic digital representations that perform with remarkable realism.

The concert takes place at the purpose-built ABBA Arena in Queen Elizabeth Park, Stratford, featuring 22 of ABBA's most cherished songs including "Dancing Queen," "Mamma Mia," "Waterloo," and tracks from their 2021 "Voyage" album. The ABBAtars perform intricate choreography and play virtual instruments, accompanied by a live 10-piece orchestra that provides dynamic musical accompaniment throughout the performance.

What to Expect

Your ABBA Voyage experience lasts approximately 90 minutes of pure pop perfection, featuring crystal-clear sound and a setlist that keeps audiences dancing. The concert runs Thursday through Monday with afternoon performances at 3:00 PM and evening shows at 7:45 PM. The production incorporates flashing lights, video effects, and atmospheric smoke and haze to create an immersive spectacle.

The ABBA Arena offers two distinct experiences: 1,650 comfortable seated positions throughout the venue, or 1,350 standing spaces on the Dance Floor for a more interactive, high-energy experience. The venue accommodates 3,000 guests total, creating an intimate yet spectacular atmosphere where you can witness this unprecedented blend of musical nostalgia and cutting-edge entertainment technology.

Practical Information

ABBA Voyage is recommended for audiences aged 6 years and older. Children under 3 will not be admitted, and those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) seated adjacent to them. The venue features step-free access and dedicated accessible seating areas for guests with mobility requirements.

The ABBA Arena is easily accessible via Pudding Mill Lane DLR station (the closest option), or Stratford and Stratford International stations, both within a 10-15 minute walk. All transport links offer step-free access. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your performance time to allow for check-in and venue navigation. Mobile tickets provide fast entry to the venue.
