Venue Cymru is the region’s busiest arts and events centre, featuring a 1,500-seat theatre, a 2,500-capacity arena, and a comprehensive range of high-quality conference and event spaces. We present an exciting and diverse arts programme, from major West End productions to our own Young Creatives performances, and host high-profile conferences and events throughout the year. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Finance & Admin Team. This is a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the venue and maintaining Venue Cymru’s strong reputation for excellence. The Role As an Admin & Finance Officer, you will: • Provide administrative support across multiple departments • Assist with financial and budget-related tasks • Support the smooth running of office systems and processes • Contribute to maintaining efficient business operations in a fast-paced environment About You You will have: • Previous experience working in a busy office environment (essential) • Excellent administrative and financial skills • Proven IT skills and confidence using office systems • A proactive, flexible, and well-organised approach to work Additional Information • This is a full-time post, working 37 hours per week • A flexi-time system is in operation, with occasional home working available to support work–life balance • Ability to communicate in English is essential • Ability to converse in Welsh is desirable to support bilingual service provision If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and keen to support a vibrant arts and events organisation, we would welcome your application.
