Clever Cult. Collective’s inaugural staged-reading, The Cure To Everything, a new play by playwright Skylar J. Beirne (roller rink death kink sex cult, Carrier Pigeon, Man-I-Fest-O) is premiering at 10selden in Woodbridge, CT on October 17th.
In search of actors for the following roles:
BABY: 20-30/Non-binary. Sloth. A hopeless romantic and a total push-over, but working on it.
VIOLET: 20-30/F. Envy. Almost too numb for self-discovery, but is on the journey nonetheless.
MOUSE: 20-30/M. Gluttony. A late-stage capitalism prophet, making ends meet outside of the system.
CAT/JANEY RAE: 20-30/F. Pride. Clean-girl aesthetic, until it’s drastically not.
NICK/PORNSTACHE: 40-60/M. Greed. A love interest/a lust interest.
FOX: 20-30/M. Wrath. A pretentious, narcissistic musician who thinks he cares.
SEABASS/WHIZ: Any age/any gender. Lust. A suitor and an entrepreneur, a friend and a thinker.
STAGE DIRECTIONS: Any age/any gender. The backbone of the written word.
